Ivana holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology). She has undertaken training in a wide range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Ericksonian Hypnosis, Schema Therapy and Systemic Family Constellations therapy.
She holds endorsement with AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist and is registered provider of psychological services with Medicare. She is a member of Australian Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy and EMDR Association of Australia. She is a member the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and Australian Psychological Society College of Clinical Psychologists.
Ivana has over two decades’ experience in applying mindfulness as the pathway to well-being. Her clinical training involved therapy for drug and alcohol addictions, mood disorders, anxiety, stress, and personality issues. She has specialty interest in trauma, relationship issues, adjustment to change, and pain management. She has conducted research on mindfulness in difficulties with eating and body image.
